PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Products sold through SSJ Racing, including exhaust products, are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customer’s own risk. SSJ Racing holds no responsibility for mechanical, electrical or other failures when using any aftermarket products.

Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in many states and provinces and are intended for racing vehicles that may not be used on public roads. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with their federal, provincial, state, local or environmental laws prior to ordering and installing a product.

By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that SSJ Racing holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.

SSJ Racing is not liable for any damages that may occur as a result of using the products we sell. SSJ Racing does not cover consequential, incidental, or contingent damages or costs of any kind, including damage incurred directly or indirectly by using the products sold by SSJ Racing, including labor or product coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, duty, taxes, and brokerage fees for foreign shipments.

TERMS OF SALE

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel your order at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We reserve the right, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail at the time the order was made.

We will only ship to verified addresses, without any exceptions. As such, it may take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping errors caused by incorrect information provided will be re-shipped at our discretion, and additional freight charges will apply. To avoid unnecessary shipping costs and delays, please take extra care to ensure your shipping address is correct. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
