Refund policy

New / Unused Product Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and fees. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items shipped with free shipping will still be subject to actual shipping changes being non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When shipping an item back to us, we recommend that you use a carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance. If new / unused returns are received damaged at SSJ Racing, we will notify you and you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for poor packing by the shipper or any damage caused by the shipping courier. SSJ Racing will inspect all parts returned before a refund is granted.

For all eligible returns, SSJ Racing will assign you a RMA number, and provide additional instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns must be received by SSJ racing within 14 days of the RMA number issued date. Packages without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Damages and/or Missing Items in Shipment

Please inspect your order upon reception. Missing items or items that are damaged during shipping to the customer must be reported to SSJ Racing within 72 hours of delivery. Any damages reported after 72 hours will not be eligible for warranty or shipping damage claims.

For damaged products, a shipping courier claim will be filed and you are required to keep all packaging material, boxes, and the damaged product until the shipping carrier completes their investigation. Once the shipping carrier’s investigation is complete and authorized, replacement items will be placed and shipped to the customer. If the damaged items are needed urgently before the shipping carrier’s claim is approved, an up-front payment must be provide all re-ship items. Once the shipping carrier’s claim is approved, a full return will be provided for the re-shipped items.

Lost Shipment

Please contact us within 72 hours of the shipment being marked as deliver but you have not received your package so we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier. Replacement items will be re-sent to the customer once the shipping carrier completes the trace request and authorizes SSJ Racing for replacement items to be shipped.

Refused / Undeliverable Shipment

Products that are returned to us by the carrier as a result of incomplete and/or incorrect address, or not picked up from a shipping facility will be charged a 35% restocking fee.

Warranty

SSJ Racing's warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damages, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. There is no warranty on electrical components, such as injectors, fuel pumps, controllers etc. Warranties are non-transferable, and only apply to the original purchaser of the items. Refer to the manufacture website for additional information on the warranty duration from the date of invoice.

  • Any product returned for warranty inspection and/or repair after 14 days of invoice will be paid for by the customer and no refund will be offered for shipping fees. A product returned for warranty will be subjected to testing and may require that the product be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. We do not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until the inspection is complete.

    If the product fails manufacture inspection and the warranty is denied, SSJ Racing will return the product at the expense of the customer. If the product passes warranty verification and is deemed as a manufacturing fault, new or repaired product(s) will be shipped to the customer at the discretion of the supplier. All replacement products will be shipped to the same address that the original order was shipped to.
